How long does shipping take?
As all REBUILT products are made to order, production usually takes 2–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I track my order?
Yes.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since every item is produced specifically for you after purchase, orders can only be changed or cancelled within a short period after they are placed.

How do REBUILT products fit?
Our products are designed with a modern, regular fit.
For an oversized look, we recommend choosing one size up.
Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.
How should I wash my REBUILT apparel?
To keep your apparel looking its best:
- Wash inside out
- Maximum 30°C
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron directly on the print
Following these instructions will help preserve the print and fabric quality.
Where are your products made?
REBUILT designs are created in Germany.
Our products are produced through trusted international production partners and printed on demand to reduce unnecessary waste and overproduction.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes.
You may return unworn items within the legal withdrawal period.
Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry if that happens.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged item.
We'll find a solution as quickly as possible.
